Class 3 parts and accessories for suppressors, short-barreled rifles and other NFA platforms. Important: Nona Guns cannot sell or transfer NFA items themselves (suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, AOWs) until our Special Occupational Tax registration is active — not before the end of November 2026. The ATF’s October 9, 2026 guidance removed federal registration and the tax stamp for these items but did not remove the dealer SOT requirement. In Florida, suppressors now transfer on a 4473 + background check; SBRs/SBSs remain a state-law question and a voluntary Form 4 is the safe route. Full explanation here.
