What we collect and why
The billing information, shipping information and contact information you provide during checkout are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We retain some of this information for accounting, tax and firearms recordkeeping purposes.
We also collect information you give us voluntarily, such as when you create an account, subscribe to updates, or contact us with a question.
Payment card information
We do not see, process or store your card number. Card details are transmitted directly to our payment gateway, Authorize.Net, over a secure encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, and they are not stored on our servers. Only our payment provider can access them.
Secure transmission
All information collected during checkout is transmitted using Transport Layer Security (TLS), commonly still referred to as SSL. This creates an encrypted link between this website and your browser so that data passed between them stays private in transit. You can confirm this is active by the padlock indicator in your browser’s address bar.
Who we share information with
Your information is not sold, and it is not shown to third parties who are not involved in your transaction. We share only what is necessary with:
- Our payment gateway and processor, to authorise and settle your payment.
- Our distributors and shipping carriers, to fulfil and deliver your order.
- Your chosen FFL dealer, so that they can receive and log your firearm transfer.
- Government agencies, where federal or state law requires it, including the ATF recordkeeping and inspection obligations that apply to every licensed dealer.
We do not use your information to send you unrequested marketing from other companies.
Firearms recordkeeping
As a Federal Firearms Licensee, we are legally required to maintain acquisition and disposition records and ATF Form 4473 records, and to make them available to the ATF as provided by law. These legal obligations override any request to delete transaction records relating to a firearm.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working, to keep you signed in, and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site, including checkout, may not function correctly if you do.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the recordkeeping obligations described above. Email contact@nonaguns.com and we will respond.
Children
This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
