Agreement
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases from Nona Guns, operated by Beraldi Excellence Shooting and Tactics LLC, a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee in Orlando, Florida. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and ammunition for long guns, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition. You must be legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms and ammunition under all federal, state and local laws that apply to you.
You may not purchase from us if you are prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under 18 U.S.C. 922(g), or if the purchase would violate any law in your state or locality.
Florida is stricter than federal law. If your transfer is completed in Florida, including at our own counter, Florida law requires you to be at least 21 to receive any firearm from a licensed dealer, with narrow exceptions for law enforcement officers, correctional officers and servicemembers purchasing a rifle or shotgun. Other states may also set minimums above the federal floor. The law of the state where your transfer takes place controls. See our Compliance page.
Straw purchases are a federal crime. You may not purchase any firearm on behalf of another person.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we cannot verify your identity or eligibility, where the item cannot lawfully be shipped to your location, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Inventory is drawn from live distributor feeds and can change between the time you view a product and the time you order. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and cancel or refund that portion of the order.
We make every effort to display prices and specifications accurately. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or feed error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
Online price and description errors
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake, or its description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, photographs or prices on this site are error-free, and we reserve the right to refuse any order, including orders for items with errors in description or price. If we cancel an order, we will not charge your card, or we will refund it in full.
If a listing contains an error such as an incorrect photograph, price, accessory or description and you place an order against it, we will contact you before processing the order. If such an order is shipped in error, we may ask you to return the item unopened for a full refund. By placing an order you agree that Nona Guns is the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
Website disclaimer
All items on this website are subject to change without notice, including availability, one-of-a-kind items and pricing. We also carry items that are not listed here, including discontinued parts and parts for firearms no longer in production. Contact us if you are looking for something you do not see.
New firearms and warranty
All new firearms ship in the original manufacturer’s box with the magazines, accessories and warranty supplied by the manufacturer. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within one year of purchase. Accessories and special order items not normally stocked by us are not covered by our guarantee, even when they form part of an integrated package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on accessories and special order items.
Used firearms
Descriptions of used items are written by us and are based on the actual item being offered for sale. Items sold in used condition are marked as such, and photographs are provided where available. All sales on used items are final.
Order fulfillment
Orders ship from our inventory or directly from our distributors within 3 to 10 business days, via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Tracking numbers are provided for shipments sent by UPS and FedEx.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards. For firearm orders, your card is authorized at checkout and charged when the item ships to your transfer dealer. Authorizations may appear as a pending charge on your statement before capture.
Firearms transfers
All firearms ship to a licensed FFL dealer, never to a residential address. You are responsible for selecting a dealer, completing ATF Form 4473 in person, and passing the required background check. See our Shipping and FFL Transfers policy for the full process.
Export control
Certain products we sell are subject to U.S. export control law. If you intend to export a product, or to use it outside the United States, you must notify us at the time of purchase. Export licensing may be required for items including, but not limited to, firearms, magazines, rifle stocks, night vision, thermal imaging and optical sighting equipment. Export orders are not accepted through online checkout — contact us and we will prepare a written quotation. See our Export Policy for full terms.
Taxes
Florida sales tax is applied where required. Where we are obligated to collect tax in other jurisdictions, it will be calculated at checkout.
Limitation of liability
Products are sold as supplied by the manufacturer and carry only the manufacturer’s warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nona Guns is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from us. You assume all responsibility for the safe and lawful storage, handling and use of any firearm or ammunition you purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
