Export Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Nona Guns is operated by Beraldi Excellence Shooting and Tactics LLC, a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee in Orlando, Florida. Some of the products we sell are subject to United States export control law. Please read and familiarise yourself with the following before entering into any export transaction with us.

Export Compliance Notice

Certain products sold by Nona Guns are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations administered by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The export, re-export, transfer or shipment of restricted items outside the United States without proper authorization, licensing or documentation is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. Nona Guns will not engage in or assist with any unlawful export activity.

If you intend to export a product, or to use it outside the United States, you must notify us at the time of purchase. Export licensing may be required for items including, but not limited to, firearms, magazines, rifle stocks, night vision, thermal imaging and optical sighting equipment.

Export orders are not placed through this website

Our shopping cart is for domestic orders only. We do not accept export orders through online checkout. If you intend to export a product, or to use one outside the United States, contact us and we will prepare a written quotation.

We do this deliberately. Export of a controlled item depends on U.S. Government authorization that can take months to obtain and may be refused. We are not willing to hold your money against a website order while that plays out. A quoted export transaction sets out payment terms, timing, and what happens if authorization is delayed or denied — in writing, and agreed before either side commits.

To request an export quotation, email contact@nonaguns.com or call (407) 690-1009.

The agencies that regulate this

Export controls affecting our business are administered by the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Unlicensed export is prohibited

The sale, transfer, transportation or shipment outside the United States of any product that is prohibited or restricted for export, without complying with U.S. export control law and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation and authorisation, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties or constitute a federal crime.

Nona Guns will not engage in any transaction that requires the illegal export of any product, and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any product. An accurate Automated Export System (AES) filing must be made whether or not the export requires a licence.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

Some items we sell are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R. 120–130), and their export is prohibited without authorisation or a licence issued by the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any ITAR-controlled item, the customer certifies that:

  1. The purchase does not require Nona Guns to export such items, unless Nona Guns is aware of the export and has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorisation.
  2. The customer does not intend to export such items after receipt without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorisation.
  3. The customer does not intend to export, transfer, sell or furnish the item to any foreign person, whether abroad or inside the United States, including any foreign embassy in the United States, without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorisation.
  4. The customer understands the meaning of “foreign person” as defined in the ITAR.
  5. The customer is a U.S. person as defined in the ITAR.

Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

Some items we sell are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730–774), and their export may be restricted by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any restricted item, the customer certifies that the purchase does not require Nona Guns to export such items without appropriate authorisation, and that the customer does not intend to export them after receipt without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorisation.

Restricted parties and embargoed destinations

U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the Departments of State, Commerce and the Treasury. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of these lists. By proceeding with any transaction, the customer certifies that it will not engage in any unauthorised transaction involving the export of products purchased from Nona Guns to any restricted party or destination.

By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any item from Nona Guns, the customer certifies that it will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies.

Export authorisation, delays and refunds

Any purchase of controlled products for export depends on approval by the U.S. Federal Government. Because that approval is outside our control, the terms covering deposits, payment, timing, delay and cancellation are set out in the written quotation for each export transaction, and are agreed before we accept any payment.

Where the applicable quotation so provides, amounts paid may be non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase if export authorisation is delayed or refused, and Nona Guns may decline refund requests arising from delays in, or denials of, the export authorisation process. Those terms apply only as stated in the signed quotation for your transaction — they are not imposed by this page.
